Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, we welcomes you to return new and unused products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Please contact us via email if you have any concerns or questions regarding return.When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded.

Exception may be granted, however, if the reason for your return is due to any adverse skin reactions. For makeup items such as lipsticks and foundations, etc. refund in general is not accepted.

Refunds

You may stop by either one of our stores with items you wish to return for refund or exchange.  Alternatively, you may request us to email you a shipping label for you to send the items back to us.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange any items, with the exception of any make up items, within 30 days of your purchase. You may stop by either one of our stores in and our staff at either location can verify the purchase and assist you with the exchange.
